Resource scarcity has driven growing interest in the circular economy (CE). Closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) with returnable transport items (RTIs) in the food industry is an important domain of CE. Based on the literature review on the food CLSC with RTIs, several research gaps are identified as follows: 1) no study explores a shared RTI strategy, despite its widespread application in many companies and its ability to improve supply chain (SC) performance; 2) no study addresses integrated CLSC problems with RTIs under uncertainty, even though facility location and uncertainty can directly impact SC efficiency; and 3) while some research investigates operational risks, SC management under disruption remains unexplored. To address these gaps, this study examines three novel food CLSC management problems with RTIs.
資源短缺促使人們對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)(Circular Economy,CE)的關(guān)注日益增加。食品行業(yè)中采用可循環(huán)運(yùn)輸載具(Returnable Transport Items,RTIs)的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈(Closed-Loop Supply Chain,CLSC)是循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域?;趯?duì)含RTIs的食品CLSC相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的綜述,本研究識(shí)別出以下幾點(diǎn)研究空白:(1)盡管共享RTI策略在眾多企業(yè)中已得到廣泛應(yīng)用,且具備提升供應(yīng)鏈(Supply Chain,SC)績(jī)效的能力,但目前尚無(wú)研究對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入探討;(2)盡管設(shè)施選址和不確定性因素會(huì)直接影響供應(yīng)鏈效率,但鮮有研究涉足不確定環(huán)境下含RTIs的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈集成優(yōu)化問(wèn)題;(3)雖然部分現(xiàn)有研究探討了運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但針對(duì)中斷情境下的供應(yīng)鏈管理研究仍屬空白。為填補(bǔ)上述空白,本研究針對(duì)涉及RTIs的食品CLSC管理,探討了三個(gè)具有創(chuàng)新性的問(wèn)題。

Feng CHU(儲(chǔ)鳳),法國(guó)國(guó)家特級(jí)教授,巴黎薩克雷大學(xué)Evry Campus, QLIO Department系主任。法國(guó)教育部科技精英獎(jiǎng)(PES)獲得者、法國(guó)教育部?jī)?yōu)秀博導(dǎo)獎(jiǎng)(PEDR)連續(xù)20年獲得者?,F(xiàn)任International Journal of Production Research、IEEE Transactions Intelligent Transportation Systems副主編,曾為IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、IEEE SMC副主編。為歐科學(xué)基金會(huì)、法國(guó)高教部、中國(guó)國(guó)家級(jí)人才、杰青評(píng)審專(zhuān)家。
主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)檫\(yùn)籌學(xué),多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,隨機(jī)優(yōu)化。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋褐悄芙煌ㄏ到y(tǒng)管理,可持續(xù)物流供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化、及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)計(jì)劃、調(diào)度優(yōu)化等。尤其在國(guó)際上率先提出,并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其研究團(tuán)隊(duì)研究了智能交通系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)道設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,可持續(xù)食品供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行和優(yōu)化,time of use tariffs背景下生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)模擬和優(yōu)化。其眾多前沿性研究成果被國(guó)際同行廣泛引用。圍繞上述研究領(lǐng)域,在國(guó)際高水平期刊上發(fā)表論文200余篇(包括 IEEE Transactions on ITS、SMC and TASE 30 余篇、IJPR 30 余篇,EJOR 10 余篇、CAIE 10 余篇、COR 10 余篇、TR(B, C and E) 6 篇、OMEGA 5 篇、DSS、IJPE、AOR、JOCO、JORS等)。在國(guó)際知名學(xué)術(shù)出版機(jī)構(gòu)(IEEE/Wiley、Springer、IGI Global等)出版多部專(zhuān)著。主持承擔(dān)了多項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作研究項(xiàng)目、法國(guó)中央、地方政府資助項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目等。
